Elada Club

Summer is close, so I decided to work out 4 days a week in the sports club, which is situated on the firsе flat of my flat building to be fit for the summer sports, like football, and beach sports. I have started going to the fitness club staring from 4th of march. I do not use all the equipment but I do the most important things: Bench press, ab workouts( Asylum Insanity), running, biceps work out, dumbells and pull ups. After working out for this time I have increased my weight in bench press from 30 to 50 kg. The abs worout lasts 30 minutes and I try to do the entire 30 minures but at the moment i find it difficult. With the pullups my aim is to be able to do a 'power exit'. It is an extension to pull ups. It includes placing your body above the bar with straight hands.
CAS objectives met:
-Developing new skills
-Showing percevierence and commitment in my actions
-Making awareness of my own strengths and weekneses
