On our first day back after the assembly, during which our headmaster Mr.Short has spoken about the changes in our staff and the results of the IGCSE and IB students, we have done some activities, which were organiser by the year 13 students.
There were 5 activities and we had to do them in groups of 4-5 people. We have undertaken new challenges and worked collaboratively with our group members, while doing these activities.These at the same time were quite difficult and unusual, however interesting.
Later during the day we have learned how to build kites. We worked in groups of 3 and have produced our own kites out of rubbish bags, small wooden sticks and tape. We have atempted to launch them in the Bitsevski park, but unfortunately there was no wind. The kite bulding has increased my awareness of my strengths and weaknesses, as I understood that this task was quite simple for me, however I still undertook a new challenge and gained a new skill.As a group we have worked collaboratively,shown preservence and commited in our activities which we have planned.
