Year 10&11 introduction to IB

On tuesday the 20th the year 12 students from the four house groups had to introduce the year 10&11 students to the IB diploma program. Each of the groups had to choose one of the following topics: CAS, TOK&Extended essay, IB learner profile and the 6 Subjects. My house group had to make a presentation about the 6 Subjects and by doing this presentation we have been creative and we have provided a service.We have undertaken new challenges as we have never done such responsible presentations.We have planned and iniciated activies and worked collaboratively with each other to achieve this success.I have increased my own awareness of my strengths and weeknesses for example I feel quite confident speaking to a big audience, however I developed new skills with using microsoft powerpoint more effectively. After hearing the feedback from the year 10&11 students we have undersood that we have done our task quite well as now they know much more about the IB diploma program than they have before.
