Every two or three days I go to the school gym. I have read a lot about proteins and nutrition and have understood that bench press exercises alone without protein are useless. Therefore I have devised a plan to train different muscle groups every day, which is more efficient and will not require me consuming any protein. My aim is to now follow the plan and gain 2-3 kilos of muscle until march with the help
of ordinary food.

Weather Club
Since October we have resembled taking readings for the production of the end of year graph. The amount of people participating has fallen and it turns out that there are 3-4 pairs left that go out once or twice every break time and take reading in the cold. At the moment our main flaw is that the reading cannot be taken during weekends, hence every monday the readings are inaccurate, but perhaps we could be using readings of a weather forecast website in order to fill in the gaps. Our aim will be to maintain consistency and try to compare data with previous years in order to at least attempt to make judgements about the issue of global warming.

Fuel Filter
So, on the past long weekend my driver and me have bought and changed the fuel filter. It was spoilt because of the bad quality diesel sold on Russian petrol pumps. Last week the temperature fell below zero and this resulted in a condensate forming in the fuel tank. Water reached the fuel filter and the car was displaying an error continuously on the computer screen. The challenge was to locate and understand which one of the two filters was affected. It could have been the one under the hood or the one which is situated at the exit of the fuel tank. Obviously, as the fuel tank was under the car it would be quite difficult to change the fuel filter there, as we have not got such equpment, which could lift a 2.7 tonne car to a height of 2 metres. So we knew that the system was interconnected but the fuel filter at the exit of the tank is much stronger and universal and rarely needs replacing and therefore we hoped that be replacing the one under the hood the error on the screen would disappear. Under the hood it was situated under the second fuel pump, which extremely difficult to unscre. We had to borrow an electric scew driver from the electricians to do it, as by ordinary human hands and a spanner it was impossible to do. We changed the filter, which is quite small in size( I expected it to be bigger) and th error disappeared. Again, I have enriched my knowledge of automobile mechanics. Our future plan is to monitor the condition of the car and if something breaks try to fix it without the help of official Toyota workshops, which by the way do not always do the job and just leave the old filter but reset the computer with a special program. The old fuel filter is displayed above. ( a clean one for a landcruiser is supposed to be grey)

Reparing again..
This year in july my fathers car turned three years old and the warranty finished. We travelled to Tver' in summer and a small stone hit the windscreen and formed a crack. Untill october the insurance company was finding a place where we could repair our car and they told us to go to an unofficial Toyota workshop, claiming that it is reliable. After we got our car repaired thei we noticed that thee new winscreen allowed wind to pass through on the top. On day it rained and the water went thriugh, down the "torpedo" and floded the comfort blocks of the car. This resulted in the wipers turning on randomle, headlights not turning off and other electronic issues. Then my driver and I went to the Toyota official workshop and asked how much the repair would cost and they said approximately 92 thousand roubles for three blocks of comfort. We decided that they were lying to us because water could not simply kill the entire brains of the computer, so we decided to fix it ourselves:) We dismantled the entire floor and part under the hood and tried to dry the computers. We used fans. It was an extremely difficult task as the car had lots of protection against ordinary people trying to repair it themselves. We spent about 1.5 hours to dismantle it and then we put the fans on. We managed to expose the steering an put some oil on it so that it works better. The main difficulty was to lovate these computers and finding the right ways of deassembling the car and then putting all the parts back as they were. I have learned alot about how to locate where wires go and how to carefully deassemble car parts and not brake them. Photographs helped to remember where some parts went( but thise were not on my camera, my photos are above) I also understood how to lubricate car parts. Our next step will be replacing the fuel filter which is under the fuel pump. I will update on that as well.

International Day
On the last day of school, 19th October we hosted the International day. Each country was allocated a room and activities were run. However someboody had to organise the GYM for the concert and prepare the dining hall and obviously it was the job for the year 13 students. We organized the stage and some musical equipment as well as the tables and cloth and serving the food to teachers and students. After everybody ate we cleaned the dining hall and enjoyed the concert. Unfortunately this was my last international day at BISM but I hope that we can be more organised and waste less time, while organising the upcoming events.

Gear Changing
Our family has several cars. The oldest one is a Mercedes C200 Kompressor, which was bought in the year 2001 and unfortunately the selector of the automatic gear broke down. When the gear was placed in Reverse the car did not move and when it was placed in Drive the car randomly turned gears on, which in many case resulted in dangerous rev's. So the problem was in the Automatic gear selector, which was to be changed. Me and my driver have bought the selector and changed it. It was very difficult to do this, as the entire front interior had to be removed. We used the C-class construction book to find the places where the panel was fixed in position. This was possible because my driver is a auto-mechanic. This procedure took us about three hours. Now the car works well and we hpe that no more parts will have to be changed in the future 5-6 months at least. The picture o the right shows the old selector.
RC- modelling
Perhaps it is not clear on the photograph but an isolation layer of tape is presnt on the wires near the engine and the purple receiver.
GYM
I have continued going to the school GYM 2-3 times every week. As I have previously mentioned, my aim was to increase the weight I can lift, while bench pressing, but at the moment I only managed to increase the number of repetitions I can do with the 70 kg mass. In order to increase my muscular mass I have decided that I need a more protein-rich diet in order to encourage muscular growth. I will be continuing to attend the GYM 2-3 times a week and I will also do 3*30 push-ups everyday before dinner ( wide hand positioning), as I believe that this will help me achieve my goals quicker and the reason why I want to do this exercise before dinner is to ensure that the protein in my food will be used up for muscle growth and not some other purpose. My aim is 90 kg for the end of year.
Helping at Parent's Evening
On the 9th october I stayed back after school to help parents, who do not understand English with translating from Russian to English so that they would be able to understand what the teachers have got to say about their son/daughter. I also served tea and coffee. Thsese were simple but important tasks. Perhaps it would more intersting if I would have to translate German or Hindi, which do not know as well as English and Russian. I will be trying to help out at the other parent-teacher meeting that will take place later this year to provide a service to the school.

Tabloid Cover
Last week we were given allocated a task, which required us to produce a cover page for a tabloid news paper. I found it extremely difficult using Microsoft Publisher. Everything was tied up with each other and moving one component would result in the whole design changing. It took me approximately 2 hours to produce this cover page. In the future I will be smarter and look at tutorials on the internet before starting to work with a program I have never used before.
Big Ben
To be a little creative I decided to build the big ben. It is a 3D puzzle. It was quite difficult to follow the instructions and there were parts where I decided to ignore putting in useless poles inside but then they turned out to be crucial. I have learned that it is very important to dollow the instructions manual and be patient. Maybe I will continue building these puzzles if I have the money.
GYM
On a regular basis some of my clasmates and me go to the school gym. I am most interested in bench press and at he moment I can bench press a maximum of 70 kg. To get better I will be continuing to train everyday and add a little bit of weight every week. Perhaps if I wiuld bring my PE kit I would be more productive, as then I would be able to warm up properly. My aim for the end of the school year is 85 kg.
RC Modelling
Recently I have resurected my RC electric car. It resebles the 2 generations old Porsche GT3. It runs on an electric battery and should be able to do 30-40 km/h. It was a rainy day and I had to manage something so that water would not reach the engine and the wires. I used a plastic bag. I cut it into half and used cello tape in order to wrap it around the chasis. This wored quite well until I hit a deep puddle, where a stone cut through the plastic bag armour. The isea was good but lacks development. After I dry out every bit a reassemble the car again I will try to use something stronger in order to stop the water next time, especially because winter will be here soon. Perhaps cotton with thicker plastic might work. However it will be difficult to stop the water entering through the wheel archs. Cello taping the exit might work. The next launch will be at the begining of october.

School 4 Symmer fair
On the 15th of june the year twelves have helped out in conducting the school 4 summer fair. We walked to school 4, which is approximately 2 kilometres away from school 3. School 4 is a primary school. We started setting up our activities. The activities were conducted by small groups of 2-3 people. My partner was Mantas and our activity was called " The Mystical Bucket" and the aim of the activity was simple. There were 6 cans of soft drinks and people had to select one and then close their eyes. The bucket was filled with water and the cans were on the bottom, so the children had to put their hand into the bucket and they had two chances to get the right can, the one they have chosen and they would succeed they would get a prize. Either a lolypop or a glitter pen. By being friendly towards the kids we have managed to attrect enough on order to make a "profit" of about 100 coupons, which we used as a means of getting our lunch. We enjoyed the fair as it gave us a chance to be creative and provide a service and working with children is also quite entertaining, especially watching their reactions when they win ;)
The following cas objectives were met:
-Undertaking new challenges (organising fun activities together and working with kids)
-Planning and initiating activities (being creative in coming up with an idea and getting the required materials ready in advance in order to run the activity)
-Working collaboratively with each other (working as a team in order to provide the best quality service)
-Developing new skills ( communicative skills and creative thinking)

Istra
From the 4-8 of june year 12 has been on a field trip to Istra. The main objective was to get the group 4 coursework out of the way. Istra is a nice place with beautiful nature and a small hotel. As we arived we started working on our physics, biology, chemistry and ESS course works which were not anything new to us but after dinner we were involved in activities set by teachers which was what actually helped us develop new skills. What was most memorable was the sheep herding activity and the boat building. In sheep herding we were divided into two groups. Each group chose a shepard and his aim was to get the sheep(other members of the group) into a particular place. We were not allowed to talk. I was the shepard and it took quite a bit of time to devise whistles and claps that would allow me to clearly convey my message to the group members, but in the end I managed and when the two groups were put in one place my team won. This was quite challenging and entertaining. Another interesting activity that we have executed was boat building. We were given 20 minutes to build something that could work on calcium carbinate and citric acid and my group built something lokking like the space ship in startrek :) The good thing was that it floated and there were bubbles coming out but unfortunately the person launching it pushed it slightly and we were disqualified..On the last night we had a barbique and then we played "hide and seek" in the forest and it was awesome. We managed to conduct all of the required experiments and now only have to write them uo. Istra was an unforgetable experience.
The following cas objectives were met:
- Increasing awareness of my own strenghts and weaknesses ( in the role of a leader, organistion skills and being creative)
-Undertaking new challenges( building a chemical boat, trying to control a huge group without talking)
-Planned and iniciated activities ( planned out all of the experiment from Moscow and devised ways to tackle problems creatively on the spot)
-Worked collaboratively with others( worked as a team in execution of experiments and when doing group activities)
-Developed new skills( boat building, using scientific equipment, creative thinking, became more organized)

Drawing Cars
Recently I have been looking at my valuable car model collection and decided to draw this astonishig car. The drawing on the photo is a fourth attempt but in my opinion it is quite simmilar to the real car, which is a two-door, two-seat sports car produced by Italian automaker Lamborghini between 2001 and 2010. This is one of my favourite cars and this is why I decided to draw it. I tries to experiment with different paints and pencils but this car looked best with an ordinary 4B pencil and shading.

Year 6 visit
In the end of may the year sixes from school 4 visited our schools in order to get familiar with their new place of education. The teachers looked for voulentiers to help with the arrival of the year sixes. I decided to sign up and I was assigned the role of escorting them to their classes and basically showing them around the school. Obviously this wasn't a hard job but I still enjoyed it and it gave me experience with communication with children. THe most interesting thing was that they respected me and considered me as an example of a good student. It was funny ;)

Weather club
This term the weather club has continued, however this term the year thirteens went on study leave and the entire responsibility was burdened upon the year twelves, which meant that the groups of two people would have to take the reading more often, approximately once in 10 days. We were given a new electronic thermometer which is good news as it allowed us to take more accurate readings and therefore reduce uncertainty in our graph that we will produce in the end of the year. As long as I know this is pur most succesful term pf the entire year, as untill now nobody has missed their turn and reading were recorded every working day, so I hope that this project will be successful towards the end of year.
The following cas objectives were met:
-Planning and iniciating activities( planning our time in order to take readings at the same time as other groups in order to be more accurate on the graph)
-Working collaboratively with each other( we and the other groups are working together on reading measurement for the end of year graph)
-Shown perseverance and commitment in my actions( taking readings throughout the year)
-Engaging with issues of global importance( observing global warming with the help of the graph)

Fencing
The sport season of this year has come to an end and I decided to quit fencing. My last training was in the begininh of may after which I decided that I will have to make a choise between sport and studying and I chose the second option. Fencing was a sport I loved but IB is quite timeconsuming and my sports club decided to move to another location which did not suit me so I decided to leave. I have done this sport for the past 4-5 years and I really enjoyed it. I have travelled alot around Russia and gained fantastic experiences thanks to Fencing. Perhaps I will continue this sport in Univercity but for now all I have left is a little booklet which proves that I am KMC(candidate for master of sport).
The following cas objectives have been met:
-Shown percieverence and commitment in my actions( practiced this sport for several years and went to trainings)
-Developed new skills (during this year I have increased my level of skill much more more than in the years before and I have taken part in about 4-5 competiotions ouside of Moscow this year and ofcource I have become more athletic and developed a certain level of thinking)

Football after school
This term I have continued to play football after school, however there have been a few changes. Due to some students taking study leaves we have decided to finish the competitive league and play ordinary games, non- competition just for fun. The Dynamos(reds) have won the cup of the year, which is mainly because of their magnificent passing skills and strategic planning. The second place was taken by the Maestros(blues), where I played before being transffered into the Galacticos(greens). The Maestros had the top scorer in their team however due to their goalkeepr leaving they could not hold the first place any more and finally Galacticos(greens) have secured the third position, however in my opinion we were the most balanced out and fair team. We had some unexperienced, new players , which other teams did not have, however we managed to increase the skill level of the new players and although many changes have taken place we still played as a team and I am happy with our result. After all the most important thing is to learn from our mistakes and hope that we will do better next year. We were only about 10-20 points behind the winners and if next year the teams will not change in the middle of the year and players will not leave unexpectadly then we will definately win.
The following cas objectives have been met:
-Working collaboratively with others( playing as a team and winning)
-Shown percieverence and commitment to my actions( attended the club regularly for the whole term)

Gym
I have continued to attend the Gym which is situated on the first floor of my appartment block. After taking one lesson with a professional bodybuilder(trainer) I have devised a training programm with his help and have continued to follow it 4 times a week for the past two months approximately. I start with a core warm up and muscle stretching and then in order to lift my maximum weight I start with bench press and from my first go i manage to lift approximately 70kg in the begining, however if I execute other exercises before benchpressing then I only manage to lift about 60-65kg. After doing this exercise 3 times to my maximum I do star a series of differently positioned dumbell exercises. I do each exercise 3 times with 8 repetitions. After that I do an abs workout, a shortened workout of the Asylum program. And finally I finish with exerceses for legs, which involver lying head down and pushing a platform with weights upwards. I enjoy my bodybuilding programme and hope to be fit for the summer;)
The following cas objectives were met:
-Showing percevierence and commitment in my actions( attending the club regularly 4 times a week)

Learing to sow
Throughout
the IB course I have noticed that I tear lots of clothes in and outside of
school and instead of going to the clothes repair each time I decided to learn
to sow. My mother has an lod soviet times sowing machine and I asked her
weather she could teach me to use it. It was on our dacha and when we went
there I had time to experiment and even sow two of my pieces of clothing. The main challenge for me was to get the machine running again and buying special new threads. The one I worked on was a pedal one and it has about six different neadles for different purposes. After I have learned to correctly insert the thread into the needle and after spoinling a fair number of socks I decided that I could try to sow my t-shirt and if that would work then I would try my school shirt. The pictures below show what I have done after about 2 hours of practice, however it is not purely me work because obviously th emachine helps not to mess up and in general this was more about learning to use the machine, however anyways this wa sgreat fun and was quite timeconsuming but now I am comfortable with the fact that I can sow myself without paying tailors and asking my mother to do it for me;)
The following cas objectives were met:
-Increasing awareness of my own strengths and weeknesses( fixing old equipment and understanding how precisely and concentratedly I can work)
-Undertaking new challenges( doing something I have never even tried before!)
-Developing new skills( skills concerning sowing and fixing machinery)
Coaching in the fitness club
For the past two-three months until the igcse and ib exams havw started a couple of others and me have been running a fitness club on the second floor of the school gym. We have divided our duties amongst three people. We had a program for abs, core muscles and weghtlifting. I concentrated on the weight lifting part, which mainly involved training the arm, shoulder and chest muscles of students. The student who were interested in this area were coached by me and the exercises I have devised were pull-up exercises, bench press and exercises with dumbells. The tactics was to do the maximum you can with three repetitions and then I gave short lectures about the diets, for example the most important aspect of weightlifting is protein in the diet, so I advised the students to eat chicken and other meat of if they wanted they could purchase gainer protein powder, which would not require them eating that much food. The club was conducted on mondays, tuesdays and sometimes wednesdays. We have observed results in some cases they were not so noticeable visually but the amount of repetitions that could be done by students has definately increased. Students liked it due to the friendly atmosphere but unfortunately due to the igcse and ib exams most of them decided to concentrate on revision and the club eventually stopped working.
The following cas objectives were met:
-Increasing awareness of my own strengths and weaknesses( in the role of a coach and in terms of understnading how to convey certain ideas to other people.)
-Undertaking new challenges ( working as a team and trying to achieve results in terms of gaining muscle of the people who attended the club.)
-Planning and iniciating activities( advertising the club and then keeping it running for several months)
-Working collaborately with each other ( dividing ares of bodybuilding amongst my fellow 'coaches')
-Showing percevierence and commitment in my activities ( giving up 2-3 lunch times a week in order to keep the club running)
-Developing new skills ( mainly communicative skills)

Mig-29
The Mikoyan MiG-29 is a fourth-generation jet fighter aircraft designed in the Soviet Union for an air superiority role. Developed in the 1970s by the Mikoyan design bureau, it entered service with the Soviet Air Force in 1983, and remains in use by the Russian Air Force as well as in many other nations. The NATO name "Fulcrum" was sometimes unofficially used by Soviet pilots in service.
The MiG-29, along with the Sukhoi Su-27, was developed to counter new American fighters such as the McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle, and the General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon.
I have bought a model of scale 1:64 which is illustrated on the photograph on the left. The model is built out of plastic (168 pieces),which are stuck together using special modelling glue (Revelle). This is something I have been interested in when I was about 13-14 years old but its quite a pleasure to return to old hobbies, especially because I learn some history from this and it is quite time consuming and amazing. Amazing in the sence that you are able to build such an accurate copy of a real plane out of such little random parts.

Fitness Club
Shaun Lehane, Mark Ongemakh, Stefan Filpovich, Peter Torok and me have created a fitness club this term. Firstly we concentrated it on working with metal and basketball, however not many people came. We decided to rebrand ourselves and created an image of the club concentrating on abs workouts and bar exercises acompanied by weightlifting. We use the Insanity Asylum and P90X programms. The club is aimed at building up body mass of the people who want to become stronger and look good, after all summer is close. After readvertising ourselves we have had about 20 people turning up on the first day and roghly the same amount on the next day. The club takes place at the balcony in the gym but beacause we are growing we might take the lower floor of the gym soon. Photos will be published soon.

Every week on thursdays, after school the school football league competition takes place. The best players of the school have been selected and acompanied by teachers three teams of six players have been formed. The teams are called: Galacticos(greens), Maestros(blues), Maestros(reds). We play with one substitute, however everyone except the goalkeaper rotates. There are 4 players in field and a goalkeeper at a time. The football matches are very competitive, as we play for points, where a win is 3 points a draw is 1 point and a loss is zero respectively. Each team plays 10 games and the points are then added on and hung on the notice board of the club. The number of goals scored by each player and the number of clean sheets obtained are also displayed on the board. At the end of the year awards to the best goalkeepr and striker will be awarded, which will be called the "Golden Glove" and the "Golden Boot".
When I started playing I was in the Maestros team but because there was team unbalance Mark Ongemakh(goalkeeper) and I were transferred into the Galacticos team. At the moment I have 83 goals on my score. The top is about 125 which is by Stefan Filipovich. EAch team has scored about 300 goals and are about even. After todays game I am not sure, but I guess that The Maestros are first, Galacticos second and Dynamos third. Althiugh the games are competitive friendly relationships are maintained between players.

The year twelves and thirteens have been continuing on running the weather club. The weather club is involves pairs of allocated students to take reading off the stevenson screen. We measure the maximum and minimum temperature for each day, the current temperature, snow fall(mm), cloud cover and atmospheric pressure. In order to achieve accuracy the devices are reset every time readings are taken and the readings are taken at the same time every day( at 11 am). Running the weather club will allow us to graphically display our values on a chart and analyse the temperature in moscow, write down some records, calculate averages and also compare the chart that will be drawn this year with the charts from previous years.By running the weather club and using the data obtained and comparing it with previous years we could even perhaps make some conclusions about global warming, as last year the winter in russia was extremely cold, but if global warming would actually exist temperatures would not really fall to minus 30.
The CAS objectives achieved are as follows:

Winter Activity Day
On the 13th of March the IB students have organised a winter activity day, which involved the entire school to take part in different indoor and outdoor winter sports or other activities. We were split into groups and each group was allocated a task or activity to be prepared. My group consisted of Stefan, Mark and Me.
We decided to build an obstacle course and build it entirely out of snow and some other obstacles like barriers to be taken from the school gym. We started the building proces a week before the activity day, to ensure that everything will be ready by then.
The obstacle cource started with deep holes in the snow which were to be jumped into by students. There were 5 of them. After that the students had to crawl under the net, run around a snow hill and go through a tunnel. After entering the tunnel they had to take a U-turn an accelerate in order to jump over the snow hill, after that again under the net and arount a high heap of snow. Here came the most interesting part where the participants had to crawl ot jump over barriers depending on the barrier height after that they ran straight and hat to finish on the top of the big heap of snow, which was about 2-2.5 metres high. We timed the students and for each mistake added 3 seconds to their time. The teachers also took part and also everyone was allowed to shoot snowballs at the person running through the obstacle course in order to slow him down.Strangely enough the best time was achived by Stefan and Me which was 31 seconds.
It was great fun and everyone enjoyed this activity alot, as it was perhaps the most challenging activity where you had to be flexible and creative in terms of strategic planning in order to acheive the quickest times.
We have met the following CAS objectives:
We decided to build an obstacle course and build it entirely out of snow and some other obstacles like barriers to be taken from the school gym. We started the building proces a week before the activity day, to ensure that everything will be ready by then.
The obstacle cource started with deep holes in the snow which were to be jumped into by students. There were 5 of them. After that the students had to crawl under the net, run around a snow hill and go through a tunnel. After entering the tunnel they had to take a U-turn an accelerate in order to jump over the snow hill, after that again under the net and arount a high heap of snow. Recycling
During the winter break I have had many guests at my house and there were many bottles left after they left. I decided to recycle them in the special machines that are placed around Moscow, which recycle bottles for 10 and 50 kopek coins. I have successfully recycled 8 plastic 2 litre bottles and by doing so Engaged with issues of global importance.

Fencing Competion
On the 3rd of January me and some other people from my fencing club went to another city in Russia: Kazan'. There were approximately 201 participants. There were 2 poules which eliminated all of the people who did not make it to the top 100. In the end I made it to the top 16 and lost to a Ukrainian opponent- Lysenko. I have developed new skills or rather became more experienced and increased awareness of my own strengths and weaknesses. By attending trainings and participating in competitions I am continuing to show perseverance and commitment in my actions. In the photo I am on the right and his is the last battle where I lost to Lysenko 15-12
Festive Celebration
On the december the 16 the IB students organised a disco. It has taken us a huge effort and as usuall to do the work time-efficiently and at a good standard we were divided into groups and we worked collaboratively with each other and planned and initiated activities. I was in charge of providing data representing the number of students, which would come without school uniform and would require a santa hat. The condition to come without school uniform was to pay a hundred roubles. I was also in charge of selling crisps and chips. There also was a karaoke and each year group had to perform a song. My group decided to sing the song " V Lesu Rodilas' Elochka" which means " A christmas tree was born in the forest". To be creative I made myself a christmas tree coustume out of green and orange paper. This event helped me raise awareness of my own strengths and weaknesses. For example I am convinced that I am not the best singer. As a result we have raised over 20000 Roubles and concidering that we need 30000Roubles for the dog we have almost reached our target.
Jumble Sale
The Jumble Sale was another atempt to raise money for charity ( A guide dog for blind people). We woked collaboratively with each other and planned and initiated activities. We were divided into groups and each group had to do the work they were assigned. We have brought in items and sold them at a very low price. I brought in a recent copy of the Top Gear magazine. We were all given an opportunity to sell the items, which helped me develop new skills and undertake new challenges. I have enjoyed and even bought some items for myself. The jumble sale was a success. We sold most of the items that were brought in and raised another decent amount for the guide dog.
Admiral Kuznetsov
During the holidays I decided to return to one of my old hobbies, which was auto, aero and ship modelling. I went to a modelling shop and got myself this great historical master piece of the Russian navy.
In reality this is one of Russias largest aircraft carriers. It was biult in the year 1985 and is still considered as a very effective and powerful aircrafft carrier. It is 302.3 metres in length and 70 metres wide.
The model which I made is a plastic one whith a scale of 1:720. The package contained around 150 little parts which I had to sticj together. It took me about six hours.
I think that this could be regarded as creativity. This activity helped me increse my awareness of my own strengths and weaknesses(I was definately better at this before..) I have planned and initiated activities and probably recreated old skills which I have developed before.
